PRIVATE CARRIAGE:

Any journey on one of Australias great trains is something to remember. But for little more than a Gold Service fare, why not share the ulitmate experience with your family, friends or colleagues.

Private Carriages include: The historic timber Prince of Wales Carriage has been restored to all its former glory with cathedral glass doors, ornate wood carvings and many of its other original features. Accommodating up to ten guests, it features a central, full-size bathroom and private lounge.

The Chairmans Carriage boasts a private lounge with CD player and video/DVD entertainment, a private dining room and sleeps up to eight in comfort with two Double Cabins and two Twin Berth Sleeper Cabins.

The Sir John Forrest Carriage features large picture windows, a generous lounge area combinmed with a meeting room complete with boardroom table. bar.leather lounges, big screen television, video/DVD player and power point screening facilities. This carriage accommodates up to six guests in one Double Cabin and two Twin Berth Sleeper Cabins.
