RailTourGuide hope you are all safe and staying healthy.

We would like take this opportunity to update you on our current global status.

Following the issuance of the various governmental recommendations and, with the aim of ensuring the health and safety of our staff, families and communities, all RailTourGuide staff are now working from home. The Team are all working together in order to ensure that we maintain the excellent service our customers are accustomed to.

In regards to services, while much of the rail timetable has been substantially reduced and is being modified nearly daily, some services do remain operational. Should you wish to travel, we kindly ask that you verify the country’s latest governmental guidelines on eligibility in order to ensure the journey will be as seamless as possible.

Refunds, Date Exchanges and Cancellations
While many train operators we deal with are advising us that they are extending special refund conditions due to the COVID-19 crisis, others are maintaining their standard refund policies at this time. As a result, each order is being reviewed on a case by case basis, you can contact us at cancellations@railtourguide.com. Our staff are working tirelessly to address all inquiries submitted and we ask for your kind patience and understanding as we are working through the high volume of request in these unusual circumstances.
