    Prior to RailTourGuide providing a quotation to include passenger assistance, we will require this webform to be completed and accepted
    or if you are completing the PDF version we will need this signed, and returned to sales@railtourguide.com.

    Please note there are only certain rail operators and stations that we can arrange passenger assistance with.

    Any assistance that we organise cannot be fully guaranteed. The reason this cannot be fully guaranteed is because RailTourGuide staff will not be present at the railway stations or onboard the trains when the assistance we book is supposed to take place.

    Any failure of passenger assistance that we have pre booked must be taken up with the rail operators directly by the customer whose arranged assistance was affected.
