BOOKING STEPS
- Complete the below web enquiry form.
- Register as a direct customer on our portal at the following link Customer Registration
- Receive your quotation, our turnaround time on quotes is 24 hours, Monday to Friday 0900am-1700pm.
- To Book, make payment by same day bank transfer into our company bank account. Details will be emailed on the quotation.
- Receive your booking confirmation email, documents and Eurostar PNR.

£5.00 per person*
*payment via bank transfer only.
Please note:
We do not take telephone calls for these type of tickets and all communication must go via email sales@railtourguide.com
We only sell Eurostar FIP tickets, we are unable to provide rail staff travel quotations for other countries or operators.
If a booking is confirmed and then later cancelled and refunded, we charge a Admin fee of £5.00pp.
Eurostar Plus fares are only available when traveling with a 1st class FIP Card.
Upgrades from 2nd class FIP Cards to Eurostar Plus (1st class) are not allowed.
FIP fares for Children are the same as Adult fares.
Children aged 4 and older must book a ticket.
Prices are always subject to availability at the time of booking and can be subject to change.
Once you receive your Eurostar PNR from us you can use the Manage my Booking link on their website or in the Eurostar APP.
